Whether it is earbuds in and phone notifications off or some other method, find a way to stay engaged in your work one task at a time.

As silly as it seems, be sure to reward yourself and your team for good work. Appreciate those around you. Productivity is multiplied through appreciation. When you see something happening that is a win, reinforce it positively. Even small rewards like a quick walk outside after a task can help your brain gamify what you are doing, making it more fun.
