1- SMS Consent Communication:

Information (including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party, affiliate, or business partner for their marketing or promotional purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Source One Staffing, messages may be received related to the following:

Job opportunities

Interview scheduling

Assignment updates

Recruiting communications

Employment-related notifications, including appointment reminders and follow-up messages

3- Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on job availability, scheduling needs, and the type of communication.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Source One Staffing can be done as follows:

By selecting "Text / SMS" as your preferred method of communication and providing your cell phone number on the Source One Staffing employment application (online or paper). The Text / SMS option is unchecked by default and is optional; you may select Email instead. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or obtaining employment.

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text message identifying Source One Staffing, noting that message frequency may vary and that message and data rates may apply, and providing STOP and HELP instructions.

6- Opt-Out Method:

Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

7- Help:
